The Twin Beach Opioid Awareness Committee is a committee of the Chesapeake Beach Town Government committed to raising awareness of opioid drug addiction in the neighboring communities of Chesapeake Beach and North Beach Maryland. Our organization facilitates awareness of existing assistance programs, all while ensuring community access to prevention information and the appropriate resources for those in need.  The Twin Beach Opioid Abuse Awareness Committee is chaired by Town Councilman Keith Pardieck and co-chaired by Cheryl Greene.  Check the website referenced above for future developments. 

Next Meeting - April 18, time: 7:00 pm. Location: Chesapeake Beach Town Hall. Twin Beach Opioid Abuse Awareness Committee Meeting Public meeting of the recently formed Twin Beaches Opioid Abuse Awareness Coalition that is working to raise awareness of opioid abuse, reduce the stigma related to Substance Abuse Disorder, and connect citizens in need with appropriate support services through public forums, outreach and promotion of local resources.
