The coordinated event leveraging Town, County and State resources kicks off at 9 AM on the north side of the field with the “Shatter the Stigma” 5K, organized by the Calvert County Health Department, and following the Chesapeake Beach Railway Trail.  The “Be Kind to Your Mind” Health Fair will present local health and wellness services, emphasizing physical, mental, and emotional well-being for our community.  Attendees can engage with interactive exhibits, educational resources, and informational materials suitable for the whole family.
